Since 2002 Fred Tedesco has been  the security officer for Connecticut Mutual Holding Company.  After 27 years of service, he retired from the CT State Police.  The last 19 years with the State police he worked undercover as a detective with the Statewide Narcotics Task Force.

Fred is a board member and a treasurer for the Connecticut Loss Prevention Association.   He is also on the advisory board for the International Association of Financial Crimes.  Fred sits on the security committee for the American Bankers Association.  Recently, Fred was certified as a Financial Crimes Investigator, one of five people within the State of Connecticut.   He has made numerous presentations at senior centers and other organizations on the topic of Identity Theft.
